Obituary of Annie Gagne
In the early hours on June 14, 2018 we lost a very special family member. She was a mother, wife, grandmother and great-grandmother and a sister and a friend.
Annie (Hinke Helena nee Roskamp) Gagne, a resident of Belle River, and formerly of Chatham passed away at the home of her oldest son surrounded with love at the age of 71.
She was born in Onstwedde, the Netherlands on July 5 1946, daughter of the late Berend and Janna Roskamp.
Wife of the late Jean-Guy Gagne (2002) and is survived by her two sons, Terry (Debbie) Fletcher & Todd (Jerrie-Anne) Fletcher, both of Chatham.
She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Nicole, Jessica (Brendon), Terry Jr (Brianne) & Cameron and great-grandchild, Carter, her brother Don Roskamp (Valerie) of Chatham and sister Anje Rose (Peter) of Morpeth and several nieces & nephews.
Special friend of Jim Obermok and his family.
Honouring Annie’s wishes, there will be a Private Family Service with Interment in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
The Family would like to thank all of whom took such great care of her during her final days.
Annie, you are home now and your love and kindness will always be remembered in all of our hearts FOREVER.
