Brown, Annie Florence – age 95 of River John, passed away November 13, 2018 in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche. Born in Cape John, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Euphemia (Heighton) Jollimore. Annie was a homemaker throughout her life. Annie and Norman’s home was a popular location for people of all ages to stop by and listen to stories. She loved to play bingo and enjoyed shopping, especially for clothes and jewelry. She is survived by sister, Eileen Langille; brother, Floyd Jollimore; special niece, Peggy Hiltz; numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Norman Brown; sisters, Prudence Gillis and Violet Nickerson; brothers, Colin Jollimore and Charles Jollimore. Cremation has taken place. No visitation to be held. A service to celebrate Annie’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 16 in St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, River John, the Rev. Nicole Uzans officiating. Burial will be in Cape John Road Anglican Cemetery. Memorial donations to Cape John Road Anglican Cemetery or St. John the Baptist Anglican Church would be appreciated.
