It is with great sadness we mourn the passing of Annie Edith Hodges (nee Nelson) on Thursday, April 5, 2018.
Born January 24, 1918 to Clara (nee Roth) and James Nelson in Hamilton, ON. She is predeceased by her parents, brothers William and Oscar, and loving husband Alex Hodges. Annie is forever beloved by her son Jim, daughter-in-law Palma (nee Faustini), grandsons Steven, Michael and Marc and step daughters Cathy Fletcher of the Villages, FL and Gail McCormick of Port Elgin, ON. Her spot on the couch has been kept warm by her faithful canine friend Cadge.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Visitation will be held at the T. Little Funeral Home, 223 Main St., Cambridge, ON (519-623-1290) on Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. A private family service and interment will take place.
