WEEKS, Anna Nelle (nee McCampbell)
Born February 4, 1921 in the county of Meade, State of Kansas, USA to James Walter McCampbell and Mina Margaret Cordes McCampbell. Passed away at her home in Season’s on May 22, 2018 at the age of 97. Loving Wife of the late William Weeks (1999). Much loved Mother of Bonnie and Bob Fraser, and Ann-Margaret and Harold Crowder. Adored Grandmother of Kerrie DeThomasis and Mike Fummerton; Chris Crowder and Jaclyn Pare. Best Great Grandmother EVER to Kevin DeThomasis and Reese Fummerton. Well Loved Sister of Jim McCampbell and the late Virginia. Predeceased by Georgia Hindman (Clarence), Dorothy Brickey (Thurman), Bonnie Margaret Flynn (Tom). Anna will be missed by many friends and extended family. Many thanks to the staff of Season’s Amherstburg for their love and care. Thanks also to Hospice of Windsor and the many agencies of the LHIN/CCAC whose care allowed her to stay in her home.
Anna was a beautiful, strong and proud woman. She loved with all her heart and her family was her whole universe. In her memory, please hold your loved ones close. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. At Anna’s request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at the Roseland Golf and Curling Club, Windsor, on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 4-8 p.m.
