FONTAINE, André Arthur – At the Glen Stor Dun Lodge on Tuesday May 8, 2018. He was 86. He leaves his loving wife of almost 65 years, Marilyn (Gillan) Fontaine. Dear father of Deborah Fontaine, Kim Samson, Ruth Sanseverino (Bob) and Angela Fontaine. Sadly missed by 7 grandchildren, Lori (Ron), Andrew, Amanda, Melissa (Sandy), Stephanie (Steve), Thomas (Chantelle), Alex and 6 great grandchildren, Connor, Bryce, Chase, Maya, Isaac and Xander. Survived by 1 sister, Rita and 1 brother, Philippe. Predeceased by his parents, Wilfred and Hélène (Bissonnette) Fontaine, 3 brothers, Paul-Emile, Adrien, Armand and 6 sisters, Irene, Laurette, Annette, Lucienne, Germaine and Gertrude. Family and friends, will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall, on Saturday May 19th from 3-5pm & 7-9pm. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations (by cheque) to the Glen Stor Dun Lodge or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.
