Allen (Al) Lloyd Gering
July 17,1931- January 30, 2018
Mr. Allen Gering of Edson, Alberta passed away on Tuesday January 30, 2018, at the age of 86.
His daughters and family members were with him as he peacefully passed on.
Al was a proud and very private man, and will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
Al is survived by his 3 daughters Marlene(Rod), Donna(Jim), and Cindy(Bruce), His Grand
children Carmen, Nolan, Candice and Tracy. His great grand children Turner, Conor, Noah, Lily,
Ruby, Hunter, Vanessa, Hannah and Gideon.
He is also survived by his Brother Eddie, and sister Alma.
He was predeceased by his birth father Gustav, his mother Bertha, his step father Rudolph, his
wife Dorothy, and his brothers Alex, and Lawrence. Also his great granddaughter Emma.
As per his wishes there will be no service.
Special thank yous’ go to Dr. Zdrill, and Marilyn Oishi and her team for the care and
compassion you shared with Al and his family throughout.
Also a special thank you to the Parkland Lodge Management and staff for your respect, care
and friendship with Al to the end.
