It is with great sorrow that the family of Allan Robert Rees announces his passing on January 5, 2018.
Allan was an old soul whose true passion was his 1950 Harley Davidson Panhead. He was the best heavy duty mechanic and accomplished his dream of building “Anger Management”, his 1969 Kenworth smokeshow quarter mile race truck. Al was straight forward and told you how it is. He loved his family and his wife every much.
Allan is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Michelle MacLean-Rees.
Allan was the son of Margret and Jack (John) Rees and was one of 5 brothers; David, Peter, Michael, Allan and Greg. He was a father to two sons; Matthew Davies and Jessie MacLean and grandfather to Isabella, Greyson and Addison.
He was predeceased by his mom, Margret in 2007, his dad Jack (John) in 2010 and his brother Michael in 1990.
There will be no service for Allan at this time, but a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
Special thanks are given to Allan’s brother Greg Rees, friend Tony Jones for the help and support and an extra special thank you to Ashley Layden who has been by our side to the end.
