Shob was born in Kenora Hospital, she was a sweet, loving strong lady, always there for everyone no matter what help they needed and participated in events. She was everyone’s Kokum including hospital staff. She was a great curler.
She was predeceased by her mother, father, husband Raymond, -Ozaar-b-tung-, her children Melvin, Gary, Ronnie and Melvina, as well as sisters, brothers, aunties and uncles and in-laws.
She will be sadly missed by her children, Blondie (Rhonda), Bugs (Phyllis), Pchz (Ted), Jim (Crystal), Tiger and Holly (Jamie) and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and 1st great grandchild Levi Tom.
Family would like to say miigwetch to Naotkamegwanning First Nation, Band Administration, Shawen Daasown, Health Services, Youth Council, Dialysis Team and Hospital Staff.
Wake services will take place on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 beginning at 11:00 am. Traditional Funeral Services will commence on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 10:00 am at Shob’s residence, 210 Main Drive, Naotkamegwanning First Nation.
