ARMES, Alice – Peacefully on February 28, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Villa in Dundas, Alice Marr Armes (nee Deas), passed away. She will be dearly missed by her children, Wilma (Gerald) Whaling, George Armes, Susan (Scott) Zimmerman, Peter Armes and daughter-in-law Wannie Armes. Her grandchildren, Marilou, Francis, Gordon, Nicole, Michael, Becky, Rheann and Celin. Her great-grandchildren Shayla and Onyx. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd Douglas Armes and children Alice, Lloyd, and Allan. Her great-grandchild Faith Allison Smith. Parents William and Margaret Deas. Dear sisters Isabella (Gwyn) Stout, Bessie (Harold) Wilson and her brother George Deas. Our heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff at St. Joseph’s Villa for their care and support. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. at ST. PAUL’S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 526 Carluke Road West, Carluke, Ontario.
