1939 – 2018
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday June 1st 2018 at the Lady Minto Hospital in Cochrane at the age of 78. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Elizabeth Onolack (nee Bell), his children, Alex (the late Danis), Joel (Sue Arsenault) Onolack, the late Jennifer, Dale (Justin Gillett) Onolack, his grandchildren, Angela, Alex 3rd, Crystal, Kaytlin, Mackenzie, his great-grandchildren, LaKeisha, Jayden, Owen, Rayna, Marcus, Aaliyah, Mylie and Alexis.
He was the brother of the late Marie (Raoul) Viau, the late Henry Onolack, the late Anthony (Sandra) Onolack, the late Juliette (the late Joe) Filion, the late Walter (Alice) Onolack, Annabel Filion, Betty (Bernie) Siguoin, David Porosky, the late Billy Porosky, the late Thomas, the late Albert and the late George Onolack, also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also predeceased by his parents, Thomas & Leona (nee Leblanc)
Visitations will be held at Irvine & Irvine funeral home, 149 Third Street West, Cochrane, Ontario on Wednesday, June 13th, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 14th, 2018 at 11 am at the Irvine & Irvine funeral Chapel Cochrane officiated by Ernie Linklater. The interment will follow at the Birchill Cemetery.
