Albert Dat Wai Low passed away suddenly on March 5, 2018, while on a cruise in South America with his wife Judy and many friends. Albert was born in Victoria on May 11, 1960, and graduated from Vic High. He was a successful businessman who lived and built his career though Victoria, Hazelton, Smithers and ultimately Calgary where he established ADW Surveying and Mapping Ltd.
Albert is survived by his wife Judy, son Eric, daughters Jessica and Brittany, father Ben Bing Fai, brothers Alan (Margaret) and Bill (Katherine), and sisters Susan (Tim) and Fong Chee (Kong). He was predeceased by his mother Phyllis Quai Tim in 2005. Albert enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. In the past 3 years, Albert and Judy travelled to Asia and Europe with their friends. Albert left an impression on everyone that he met. He will be dearly missed.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive in Victoria BC on Saturday, March 24th, 2018 at 1:00 pm with Burial to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park. A Celebration of Life will be held in Calgary on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 between 2:00 and 4:00 pm at 48 Wintergreen Way, Bragg Creek, Alberta.
