Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Friday, December 28, 2018 of John Joseph O’Hanley aged 86 years of Naufrage, PE.
Predeceased by his wife Dorothy O’Hanley (nee MacDonald) and dear father to John L., Jerry (Karen), Andrew (Kate), Angela O’Hanley and Carolyn Forrestall (Vince). Loving grandfather to June Fitzgerald (Brad) and Jenna Forrestall.
Survived by brother Leonard O’Hanley (Isabel), sister Jenny McQuaid (Leo), sisters-in-law Bernice and Rita O’Hanley and brother-in-law John MacDonald.
Predeceased by his parents Daniel and Mary Ellen O’Hanley (nee Hanning) and siblings Mildred (Aeneas), Mary (Hubert), Helen (Gus), Maud (Jimmy), Elmer, Frank, Wally, Peggy and Danny.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 4-7pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Margaret’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 11:00am. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations can be made to the St. Margaret’s Cemetery Fund.
