OBITUARY
Harold Wilbur
January 4, 1930 – December 13, 2018
After a life well lived, it is with sadness, the family of Harold Wilbur wish to announce his passing at home on Thursday Dec 13th, 2018, at the age of 88, husband of Ruth (Swan) Wilbur of Campbellton. Born in Moncton NB, he was the son of the late John and the late Ena (Steeves) Wilbur.
He worked for Lounsbury Company Limited for most of his life.
Besides his wife of 66 years Ruth (Swan) Wilbur, he is survived by one son Terry (late Nancy Bulmer) two daughters, Susan Doucet (Ivan) and Sandra Stairs (Glenn). He is also survived by six grandchildren, Ryan, Tara, Craig, Trevor, Sasha and Krista as well as five great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by one brother, Wesley.
A funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Campbellton, Sunday December 16th at 3:00 pm, with visitation at the Church from 1:30 until time of service.
Donations in memory of Harold can be made to the Gideon’s or a charity of the donor’s choice.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Maher’s Funeral Home, Campbellton.
