Russell Roy Fillmore
Passed away on December 3, 2018
Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital on Monday, December 03, 2018.
He was predeceased by his wife Kay. He will be greatly missed by his daughters Susan (Joe) Castiglione, Brenda Fillmore, and Arlene (Claude) Laframboise. He will be sadly missed by grandchildren Tara, Michael, Sherelle (Phil), Rachel, Alexis (Aaron) and Christopher, and great-grandchildren Petra, Sadie, Dreyden “Teddy” and Carter. Loving brother of Shirley Teeters and Barb Holt. Predeceased by siblings Stan, Burt and Kathy.
Roy was the strength of his family with his wit, dry sense of humour and his loving arms. He was an avid fisherman and car enthusiast. Most of all, he lived for his family. Thank you to St. Elizabeth Health Care and Juravinski Staff.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 5th from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral will be held at the Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main Street East (east of Sanford), Hamilton, on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery, Burlington.
