WEBB, ALTON FRED “Al” – (Veteran WW II Merchant Navy; 40 year employee of General Motors)
Born in Noel Hants County, Nova Scotia on April 30, 1927. Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on November 29, 2018. Al, beloved husband of the late Ida Webb. Loving father of Ron (Carole) Webb, Linda (Gerry) Snowden, Donna (Bob) Barrett, Carolyn (Mike) Webb. Loved grandfather of Jeremy (Kristy), Mark, Adam, Ryan, Brianne, Maryida, Angus and great-grandfather of Sean. Special friend of Jean Johnson and her family. Visitation will be held at the MORRIS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Funeral service in the Morris Chapel on Friday December 7, 2018 at 1 p.m. Officiating clergy Pastor Jacques Nadeau. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery. Donations to Community Care Durham would be gratefully appreciated. Special thanks to his family doctors, Dr. Corpus and Dr. Shrives for their compassionate care.
