November 2, 1944 – November 1, 2018
NELSON, Archibald – Peacefully with family and dear friends at Algoma Residential Community Hospice, Papa Archie was piped back home on Thursday, November 1, 2018, one day shy of his 74th birthday. Loving father of Teena Post (Mathew). Dear step-father of Helen Riehl (Keiran) and Troy Holzwarth (Faye). Proud Papa of Jesse and Zoe, Bo (Mariah), Brett (Kayla), Laura-Lee, Cecilia, Tristan and Donna-Laura. Will be missed by Great-Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews. Dear friend of Elizabeth Nelson. Archie was a brother to Andrew, Billy and Bobby. Special thank you to Archie’s dearest pals at Clear Lake for their help and support throughout his short courageous battle with cancer, you were family to him. Clear Lake will never be the same without its Mayor. Family and Friends are invited to a Celebration of Archie’s Life at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Donations can be made to A.R.C.H. or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 in Archie’s honour.
