Heinrich ‘Henry’ Gemballa
(Resident of Haliburton Lake, Ontario)
Peacefully at his home on Sunday evening, October 21, 2018 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Gerda Gemballa (nee Hamann). Loving father to Volker (Melody). Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Robert, Kyle & Mandy. Also fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters, his nieces and nephews and their families in Germany.
Henry build and loved his paradise on Haliburton Lake. His other passion was the game of Soccer (Fussball).
Remembrance Gathering & Reception
A Remembrance Gathering of Henry will take place on Saturday afternoon,November 3, 2018 at the ABBEY RETREAT CENTRE 1150 Garden Gate Drive, Haliburton (705) 754-2966. from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Abbey Cancer Retreat Centre or the Haliburton Hospital Auxiliary and would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the HALIBURTON COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 13523 Hwy. #118, Haliburton, Ontario (705) 457-9209.
