It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of James Hugh McLellan which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday, October 21st, 2018. Born 1947, in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late James and Cornelia (Matt) McLellan. James worked at the Bank of Nova Scotia and ISECO for several years. He enjoyed going for walks with his best friend Jim Burns.
James is survived by his loving and devoted wife Pamela (Dobbin) of Saint John; sons James (Dyana) of Cambridge, ON, Peter (Lenny) of Alberta; daughter Rebecca Logan (David) of York, England; sisters Frances (Reubin Geru) of British Columbia, Joan Harn of Nokomis, Florida; grandchildren Sophie, Ben, Emily and James; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Besides his parents, James was predeceased by his twin brother John.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). As per James wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of James may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
