It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Annunziata Larosa. She was a loving mother and grandmother whose smile lit up a room. Annunziata was born in Mammola, Reggio Calabria, Italy on May 18, 1936 and passed away peacefully on Monday, October 8th, 2018, Thanksgiving Day, at home surrounded by her family. Annunziata was predeceased by her daughter Rosetta and her loving husband Antonio. She will be sadly missed by all and Forever in the hearts of her children; Caterina (Giuseppe), Nicodemo (Maria), Rosa, Maria (Fiore) and Concetta; grandchildren Nancy, Cristina, Francesca (Alfredo), Nancy, Antonio, Rose, Joseph, Anthony; great grandchildren Rosa and Alfredo, her brothers, sisters and their spouses, nieces and nephews in Canada and in Italy. A Prayer Service will be held on Sunday, October 14th 2018 at 5:00pm at Bell Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 15th, 2018 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 525 Slocan Street, Vancouver. Private Entombment for family, Ocean View Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada and the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
