Alda Heagle (Simpson)
Heagle; Alda Lovina (nee Simpson) – Passed away peacefully at Village Green Long Term Care, Selby on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in her 84th year. Loving mother of Reg Heagle (Barb) of Portland, Wendie Burt (Late Allen) of Wilton, Deb Pynenburg of Westport, Kim Olner of Westplain and Patricia Abrams of Stella. Alda will be deeply missed by her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family at Village Green. Alda is predeceased by her parents Andrew and Susan Simpson (nee Gamble), children Anne, John and Jane Heagle, as well as her siblings Oscar Simpson, Wilson Simpson, Bertha Dillon, Betty Seward and Mary Shire. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home – Napanee Chapel on Friday, October 12 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday October 13 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to be held in Morton Cemetery at a later date.
