Obituary of Wilhelmina Hermsen
Hermsen, Wilhelmina Maria – passed away peacefully on Friday October 5, 2018 at Copper Terrace Long Term Care, age 88. Born in Heerenberg Netherlands, to parents the late Franciscus Antonius van Wessel and Maria nee Stevens.
Loving wife of the late John Hermsen (November 18, 2009).
Beloved mother of Henry and wife Joy Hermsen of Comber, Francis and wife Debra Hermsen of Wallaceburg and Garry and wife Nancy Hermsen of Blenheim.
Grandmother of seven grandchildren. Great-grandmother of nine.
Wilhelmina and John farmed together for many years.
Visitation will be held at the McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park St. Blenheim on Tuesday October 9, 2018 from 6-8pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday October 10, 2018 at 3pm. Cremation to follow with a private family interment to be held in the Evergreen Cemetery at a later date.
Donations in memory of Wilhelmina may be made to the CK-Hospice Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
