Roy Robichaud
1939-2018
SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – Roy Lionel Robichaud 79,
of Saint-Louis-de-Kent passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.
Dumont University Hospital Center in Moncton on Tuesday, September 25,
2018. Born in Rexton, he was the son of the late Thomas
« Tom » Robichaud and late Amanda (Arsenault)
Robichaud. Before retiring, Roy was employed as a
maintenance worker at MFR for 21 years.
Roy will be sadly missed by his wife, Claudette Robichaud of
St. Louis and his son, Daniel « Danny » Robichaud (Jeannine
McLaughlin) of St. Louis.
He is also survived by one sister, Nola Richard (Antoine) of
Fredericton; one brother, Laurie Robichaud (Joan Sullivan) of Rexton
and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three sisters,
infant Stella, Therese Arsenault, Norma Daigle and one brother,
Alphonse.
As per Roy’s wishes, there will be no visitation at
the funeral home. A private family gathering will be held at
a later date. Arrangements are in care of
Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
