It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ron Levitan on Sunday, September 23, 2018, age 76.
Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Schwartz). Cherished father of Riva (Richard Roth) and Michael (Jana Cleiman). Loving grandfather of Jared and Aaron Roth, Adam and Gabriel Levitan. Son of the late Harry and Frieda Levitan. Ron will be dearly missed by family and friends. Thank you to the caring staff in many disciplines at the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus, who went above and beyond to care for him. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation or the Ottawa Jewish Community Foundation.
The funeral services will be held at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 1771 Cuba Avenue on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 1pm.
