Obituary for
Dieter Schmidt
Dieter Schmidt, born April 28th, 1949, passed away Monday, September 3rd, 2018, at his home in Winnipeg, MB.
He was predeceased by both his parents, Adolf (1920-1995) and Auguste (1927-2008). Dieter loved the outdoors, specifically hunting and fishing and, at his request, his ashes will be spread “in a lake with the best fishing”.
Arrangements will be made, at a later date, for a private service.
His family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to his friends for their companionship, loyalty and support over the years, with special acknowledgment to Dennis, Danny and Bill.
He is survived by his 3 children: Angela, Allison and Jonathon as well as his many grandchildren.
