Obituary for
George Clinton Kennedy
It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of George Clinton Kennedy of Edmonton, AB, at the age of 82 years on September 6, 2018.
George is survived by his loving wife, Michelle; son, Darryl (Debbie) Klatt, two grandchildren, Cameron and Abby Klatt; brother, Ken (Carolyn) Kennedy; sister-in-law, Joyce (Gunther) Blum; brothers-in-law, Raymond (Dale) Dreger, Don (Barb) Dreger and John Fuerst; sisters-in-law, Ruth (Don) Rathje, Sandra (Jim) Klinger and Norma Heartberg; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Predeceased by his parents, S.C. (Slim) and Kathleen Kennedy; brother, Edward Kennedy; and sister, Joan Bradeen.
A sincere thank you to the medical staff at Covenant Care Foyer Lacombe Hospice in St. Albert, AB, for the outstanding care and compassion they provided.
Friends and Relatives are invited to pay their respects 1 hour prior to the service.
Funeral Service Friday, September 14 at 1:30 p.m. at Park Memorial Funeral Home, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton with interment in Northern Lights Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
