Passed away peacefully on September 5th, 2018 in Sudbury with family and friends by her side at the age of 74.
Beloved mother of Diane Legault (Greg Smith), Ray Legault (Lidia), Reg Legault (Loretta), Ron Legault (Heidi), Nicki Bouliane (Marcel) and Daniel O’Conner Cushnir. Cherished grandmother of Leah, Brandon, Mitchell, Max, Katryna, Michèle, Pierre, Christophe, Sabrina, Devon, Chris, Lindsay (Nick) and great grandchildren Laila and Isla. Dear daughter of Joseph Cushnir and Anne Fortin (Emile) all predeceased. Loving sister of Alice Diamond, Peggy Cushnir (predeceased), Paul Cushnir (predeceased) and Peter Cushnir. Carole was born in Sudbury in 1944. She will be lovingly remembered as loving nature, enjoying the beach and the sunshine on her face and especially spending time with her children. In her early years, she enjoyed entertaining, travelling and camping. She will be truly missed, especially her wonderful outburst of laughter, her beautiful shining eyes, her kind soul and her heart of gold.
