OBITUARY
Hedley Stark
April 27, 1948 – August 30, 2018
Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on August 30th, 2018 at the age of 70, Mr. Hedley Stark of Dundee, husband of Pauline Doucet. Born in Digby, Nova Scotia on April 27, 1948, he was the son of the late Alda (Robicheau) and Otis Stark.
Hedley was a professional golfer and worked for nearly 30 years for the Restigouche Golf and Country Club until the time of his death. He was a member of the CPGA. He also was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Doucet; his daughter Kelsey (Kevin) of Dundee and his son Sean, also of Dundee; his sister Joye (Earl) Hudson of Nova Scotia; his brother Ronald (Judy) Stark, also of Nova Scotia; Besides his parents he was predeceased by two sisters, Glenda and Nancy.
As per Hedley’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Family and friends are invited to attend the Restigouche Golf & Country Club this Monday, September 3rd between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. for a Celebration of Life. Pauline and her family will be on hand to welcome you and receive your condolences while sharing Hedley’s stories and memories.
Please do not bring/send flowers (due to allergies), however, if you wish, a donation to the family would be greatly appreciated.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Maher’s Funeral Home, Campbellton.
