PALKO, Noella – Passed away peacefully at the Bella Senior Care Residence on Thursday August 30th at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Steve Palko (1973). Cherished mother of Steven, John (Nancy), Debbie and Michael Palko. Devoted grandmother of Nicholas Palko, John Jr. Palko, Bradley Palko, Alexandra (Robert) Parent, Christopher Palko and Keven Palko, and great-grandmother to Alayna Parent, Freyja Palko and Gavin Parent. Dearly loved sister of Marie Ramonde (the late Albert) Zambotti, Roland Huard (the late Josephine Martin), Father Leo Huard and Gerald Huard (Barbara Fraser). Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her twin sister Olivine (Wilfred) Dupuis and her sister Frances (Russell) Rodgers. As a young woman, Noella worked for Kimberly-Clark until her children were born, when she decided to become a stay-at-home mom while her husband worked. She had the same devotion when her grandchildren were born. She loved spending time with them and helping her son raise them. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Monday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 am at St. Patrick’s Church. Rite of Committal to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
