Forever In Our Hearts
Albert was welcomed home on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at the age of 92 years.
He was met by his mother and father Alvina and John; brother Fred (and sister-in-law Nora); sisters Mary and Elsie; sister-in-law Shirley; mother-in-law and father-in-law Vladimir and Maria Peskleway; brothers-in-law Willie, Adam, George and Vliady; and sister-in-law Lillian.
He leaves to celebrate his memory his wife of 61 years less two weeks Mary (nee Peskleway); daughters Brenda (Jim) Johnson of Radium Hot Springs, BC and Wanda (Kevin) Numrich-Wog of Regina; brothers Elmer (Lillian), Edward (Carol), Arthur (Anne) and Clarence; sister Irene Sebastian; sisters-in-law Doris Strekaf and Rose Peskleway; grandchildren Logan (Samantha, and great-granddaughter Scarlett) of Calgary, AB and Kaleigh of Regina; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, his two furbabies, Cobalt and the neighborhood cat, Moose.
The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the nurses and support staff of Unit 3E at the General Hospital especially Kandus, Brenda, Eric and Sarah as well as Drs. Bester, Kumeliauskas, Richardson, and Sheikh who took such care of Albert.
A CELEBRATION OF ALBERT’S LIFE will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow.
