Neeb, Hilda (nee Faulhafer):
Passed away very peacefully with family by her side, on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Columbia Forest Long Term Care, Waterloo at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Neeb (2013). Loving mother of Larry and Barbara Neeb, and Carol Anne and Don Fleming. Cherished grandma to Jamie and Joanne Neeb, Deborah and Brian Walker, Jill and Scott Haefling, and Julie and Cameron Straus. Dear great grandmother of Kristopher and Melanie, Keri, Shannon and Brent, Stacey and Josh, Samantha, Stephanie, Sydney, Brendan, and Kristen and great great grandmother of Riley.
She will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Henry and Ida Faulhafer, and her siblings, Alvin, Wilbert, Clifford, Elton, Harold, Mildred, Florence, Vera, Lila, Olive and Verna. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Columbia Forest – Watson House, for all the special care and compassion given to Hilda and our family over the years.
Hilda’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Historic St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 137 Queen St. S., Kitchener, on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with visiting one hour prior. A reception will follow in the church hall. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
