It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of Ron at the young age of 59.
A loving husband, father, brother, son and uncle, he will be lovingly remembered for his quick wit and love of family. He leaves to mourn his loss the love of his life Laura, wife of 38 years, his son, Randy of whom he is truly proud of. Also, to mourn his passing are his parents Roy and Marlene, brother Terry, sisters Wendy (Mark) and Sandy, brother-in-law Ross, Mother-in-law Lorraine, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews and 1 grandniece. Generous to a fault Ron would hand out money to homeless people he would come across when he was able to drive. Giving, forgiving, loving, laughing, caring – his passing leaves a void that will never be filled. He is no longer in pain and suffering that he endured and fought through for many years.
Thank you so much to the staff of Units 51, 52, and, 54 at the Grey Nuns, the numerous EMTs and Fire crews, and SE Home Health care who helped over the last year and a half. All of them always provided the most compassion and care through very trying times.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ron’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation,
