ELLUL, Louisa (née Vogrig)
It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Louisa. Louisa passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday August 5, 2018 at the age of 48 after a courageous battle with cancer. Louisa was an inspiration to so many with her strength, courage, positivity and loving spirit.
Louisa was a loving wife and soul mate to her husband Ben Ellul. A loving mother to Nicholas and Christopher. Beloved Daughter to Emma (Qualizza) and Pio Vogrig. Cherished twin Sister to Gabriella (Grant) Pope and the late Robert Vogrig. Beloved Daughter-in-law to Joe and Lelina (Borg) Ellul. Cherished Brother-in-law to Rob (Jen) Ellul. Proud Aunt to Samantha and Alex Pope and Cassidy and Alyssa Ellul. Louisa will be fondly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, all of whom she touched and inspired.
The family would like to thank Dr. M. Clemons, Fiona, the staff at the Oncology Unit at The Ottawa Hospital, Dr. L. Coulombe and Katherine for their excellent care and compassion.
Family and Friends are invited for visitation at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Dr., Ottawa, 613-692-1211on Friday, August 17th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Monica’s Church, 2080 Merivale Road, Nepean on Saturday, August 18th at 10:00am. A celebration of Louisa’s life will follow at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery after Mass.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to everyone for their support and prayers during this difficult time.
