OBITUARY
Donato Iacobucci
April 8, 1930 – July 29, 2018
Donato “Danny” Iacobucci, 88, passed away July 29th, 2018 with his family by his side. Danny was born on April 8, 1930 and grew up in East Vancouver. Danny worked as a sheet metal worker and shop instructor until his retirement in 1992. He is best described as a charming gentleman known for his endearing personality and his infectious smile. Danny lived life to the fullest, enjoying golf, bocce, dancing and freemasonry. He is preceded in death by his wife, the love of his life, Lena and his siblings, John and Teresa. He is survived by his brother, the Hon. Frank Iacobucci. The memory of him will be cherished by his children, Terry (Jim), David (Antoinette); his grandchildren, Scott, Brian (Jessica), Dana (Kayne); and his great grandson, Hudson. Several other family members and his dear friends will forever miss him. Danny’s requests were for an immediate family service, followed by a celebration of life for all, which will take place at the Italian Cultural Centre on Thursday, August 9th at 12:00pm. “May you live as long as you want, and never want as long as you live.”
