Gloria Mae Fultz
FULTZ, Gloria Mae- 84 of Dartmouth – It is with great sadness
we announce the passing of our dear mother and friend, Gloria Mae Fultz (nee
Blakeney) on July 29, 2018. Mother spent her final months at home being
cared for by her son Patty Fultz until her passing surrounded by her family.
Mother was predeceased by her loving husband, Donald. She is survived by
her children Donald (Patty), Donna, Sharon, (Ted), Stephen (Heather) and her
“Chosen Son” Joseph MacLean. Mother was also a loving grandmother and
great grandmother to 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and two fur
grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister Joan Tanner and brother Ray
Blakeney (Charis), several nieces and nephews and many good friends. In life,
Mother had a great love of travel, her favorite repeat destinations being Maui,
Australia and Caribbean. She spent many years volunteering for the
Dartmouth Branch of the Canadian Cancer Society. Cremation has taken place.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 1st, 7-9 pm in Atlantic
Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth. Burial at a later date. In lieu of
flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care, NS Health Authority or
