Mrs. Shirley Lane
At University Hospital, London, on Saturday July 21st, 2018, Mrs. Shirley Lane of Chatham in her 58th year. Cherished daughter of Garnet and Kathleen Duquette. Beloved wife of Joe. Dear mother of Bobbie-Jo Lane and her partner Steven Lachine of Chatham, Jenny Lane of Chatham, and Cale McEllistrum and his wife Melissa of Calgary. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Harrison, Lexanna, Sheraton, Rachelle, Kohen, Meira and Kadence. Dear sister of Bob (Jill) Duquette, Susan Fleming, Patsi Duquette, and Rick Duquette (Lisa Couture). Predeceased by her brother Mike Duquette and sister Mary McEllistrum. Family friends are invited to the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home, 245 Wellington West, Chatham, 519-352-2710 on Thursday July 26th with visiting from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday July 27th at 11 a.m. with Deacon Jerry Lozon officiating. Cremation has taken place with interment to take place at a later date. Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
