Thomas « Tom » Martin

Thomas William Martin a long-time resident of Grimshaw, AB passed away on July 10, 2018 in Grimshaw, AB
at the age of 81. Tom was born on May 4, 1937 in Berwyn, AB to Alice Turner Martin Cragg
& Harry (Henry Albert) Martin.
Tom started farming at the age of 16, north of Grimshaw where his son Allan continues to farm.
In his younger years he was a member of the Kinsmen.
Tom also piloted his own Cessna 150 airplane, and took tremendous interest in his grandchildren.
Tom was predeceased by his mother Alice Turner Martin Cragg , father Harry (Henry Albert) Martin, and brother Fred Martin.
Tom leaves to mourn his son Allan Martin, daughter Margo (Merv) Sims, 4 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 3 great grandsons, 2 great granddaughters, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
As per Tom’s request, there will be no funeral service held.
