Our dad was born in Windsor Nova Scotia, he was the only child of Robert (Tobe) & Belle (Anthony) Chambers.
Dad always had a smile and laugh for any and everyone. He was an amazing and devoted father. He taught us to hunt and fish, how to skate and play hockey. He would go tobogganing and had no problem stepping out of the role of grown up and becoming our playmate. He loved his time in the woods and would find great happiness in spending time at his hunting camp in Beckwith. He loved the Toronto Maple Leafs and Hockey Night in Canada. He was extremely creative and spent many years working with his hands and building.
Bob is survived by his children: Corey, John, Brian and Jennifer, all of Nova Scotia. Seven grandchildren, Cody, Ryan, Alycia, Amanda, Breanna, Devon, and Christopher, and one great grandchild, Dominic.
He was predeceased by his parents; Tobe and Belle Chambers.
Dad will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Donations can be made in Bob’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice.
Cremation as already taken place, his ashes will be spread in a private family ceremony.
