Obituary of Roxene Harris-Swayn
HARRIS-SWAYN, Roxene
Roxene passed away June 16, 2018, now at peace and without pain. Born March 7, 1946 in Kincaid SK. She was predeceased by her mother Eva and father Frank Beler. Roxene is survived by her loving husband Doug Swayn, her daughter Sharlene Harris, sons Matthew (Zina) Harris, Danial (Nancy) Harris and Stephan Harris; grandchildren Steven, Robin, Jayde Brooks and Garrett Harris. Roxene is also survived by her stepmother Myrtle Beler. Some of Roxene’s favorite things in life were her children, planting flowers, singing both solo and with family band. She was also noted for her passion of making and selling Barbie doll clothes as well as her reflexology work. As per Roxene’s request, there will be no service or gathering. She will be cremated and will rest in Buffalo Gap Cemetery. A special thank you to the staff on the 2nd floor of the Santa Maria Senior Care Home. A big thank you also goes out to other staff at the home that also knew and worked with Roxene. In lieu of flowers or gifts, a donation can be made to the Santa Maria Senior Care Home, Regina SK on her behalf.
