Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday May 26th, 2018 at the age of 86. Dearly loved husband of Joy Wyllie of Oshawa for 52 years.
Loving father of Kim Wyllie and Peter Wyllie and his partner Shawna Denny all of Oshawa. Loving grandfather of Alyson Barrett.
Pre-deceased by his parents Wilfred and Ruth Mayled and his brother Gordon Wyllie (2010) sister-in-law Joan surviving of Dryden.
Doug will be fondly remembered by his three nephews and their families as well as many good friends.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Thursday May 31st where a Private family service will be held. Interment will follow at Groveside Cemetery.
In memory of Doug, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
