It is with great sadness that the family of the late
Elfreida Normore announce her passing on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at
Labrador South Health Centre, Forteau in her
93rd year.
Elfreida leaves to treasure her memory,
children Myra, George, Myrtle, Claude, Gary, Doris, Valerie, Winston
and their families: 25 grandchildren and 34 great
grandchildren.Sister: Elizabeth Wareham and special niece Mabel Whalen
as well as a large circle of family & friends
Predeceased by parents George and Ann
Barney, husband Stanford Normore; daughter Clara White; sisters Clara
Normore and Stella Hobbs; grandson Carl Fowler and special friend
Stewart Marshall.
Funeral service will take place at St.
Paul’s Anglican Church in L’Anse Au Loup,
Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 2:00pm with Rev. Norman Cutler officiating,
interment to follow at St. Paul’s Anglican
Cemetery.
