Passed away on May 4, 2018 at the age of 83. Jan will be dearly missed by his loved ones. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705) on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 2 to 4pm and 5 to 7pm. Prayers at 5:15pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 10am at St. Teresa Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery.
