THERESA JOSEPHINE PINTO (nee POWER)
Our Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, passed away peacefully at her residence, at the age of 88.Reunited with her loving husband, John Joseph (owner – Pinto & Hann Ltd.), and Son, Paul Philip. Leaving to mourn her children: Daughters Linda (Jim) Corbett; Helen (Barry) Whitty; Sons John (Brenda); Garry (Debby); Edward. Twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Also left with fond and loving memories are siblings: Sister, Rose (Larry); Brothers Michael (Catherine); Gerald (Ruth). Family in San Antonio, Texas; Ottawa; Toronto; Alberta and Quebec. Predeceased by her parents Leo and Margaret Power; Twin brother Frank and brother Kevin.Theresa (Mom) will be remembered as a kind and loving woman who took great joy in her family and their accomplishments. Mom put her family and others before herself and was always there with a kind word; she loved to cook, bake and entertain. She inspired all with her unwavering faith and devotion to her religion.Special thanks to her physician of 41 years, Dr. Mabel Green, Dr. Frank O’Dea, Dr. Derek Dunphy, the Eastern Health Home First Program, Lorraine O’Neil, Eucharistic Minister from Corpus Christi and to her Home Care Support team for their kindness and support.Visitation will take place on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. at Caul’s Funeral Home,84 LeMarchant Road.
