Mary L. MacKay
1917 – 2018
Mary MacKay of Calgary, AB passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 15, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert MacKay and daughter, Mary “Diane” Spencer. Mary is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Kenneth) Poole of Calgary, four grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4th Street NW, Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery), Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., with The Reverend Shane Spannagel of Richmond Hill Sierra Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Richmond Hill Sierra Baptist Church, www.rhbc.ca. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the nursing staff a Brentwood Care Centre; your kindness will not be forgotten.
