Ruth was born in Calder, Saskatchewan on August 18, 1928. She had the fortune of travelling throughout her life. This was one of her great pleasures. She enjoyed visiting family and friends as they were so very important to her.
Ruth was dearly loved by many who remember her for her love of baking, especially making her “Honey” buns. Her interests also included knitting, crocheting, making dolls, jigsaw puzzles, playing cards and going to the casino. Ruth was adored for her great sense of humor.
Later in her life she struggled to live with the effects of her first stroke. She was a strong woman who never gave up and had a very strong faith.
She will be sorely missed by many.
