Obituary for Helen Sokolik (nee Galad)
Peacefully on April 9, 2018 at 91 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Mike (1981). Cherished mother of Jerry and wife Elizabeth of Amherstburg, Nancy and husband Bob Lawler. Loving grandmother of Andrew, Christina, Andrea (Brian), Matthew (Catherine), Cheri Lynn (Sean), Chris (Johanna), and Shawn (Kerry). Cherished great-grandmother of 14 great-grandchildren. Dear daughter of the late Andrew and Helena Galad. Dearest sister of Martha and Eugene Diakowsky, and Milan (late Margaret) Galad. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
