Marion Ann (Buckley) Stone
1956-2018
With sadness, the family of Marion Ann Stone (Buckley) announce her
passing after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Marion passed
peacefully at her home in Mactaquac, NB surrounded by her family on
March 31, 2018. She was born in Fredericton, NB on September 30, 1956
to the late Eugene and Lila Mae (Currie) Buckley.
Marion is survived by her high school sweetheart of 44 years, Wayne
Stone, daughter Corrie Piercy (Trent) and grandchildren Cameron, Ryan
and Peyton of Fredericton, NB; son Kyle Stone (Kimberly) and newest
grandson Holden, born the evening of March 30, 2018, of Metcalfe, ON.
She is also survived by two aunts, Pauline Billings and Florence
Currie, several cousins, nieces, nephews and several sisters-in-law
and brothers-in-law in the Stone family.
In addition to her parents, Marion was predeceased by siblings Elaine,
Edison, Roberta and infant brother Gordon.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis
Drive, Nackawic, NB on Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. A
funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday,
April 9, 2018 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ralph Irving officiating. A
reception will follow at the funeral home. Interment will be at a
later date at the Mactaquac Cemetery.

has suggested the Mactaquac Cemetery.
