It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jeanette Joyce Whalen (nee King) of Pilley’s Island, NL, age 69, announces her sudden passing on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Pilley’s Island, NL.
Jeanette is predeceased by her husband Gerald Whalen; parents Fredrick and Alma King; brothers Gilbert King, Gerald King, Pearce King, Stafford King, Tony King; brothers-in-law Otto Whalen, Nelson Whalen, Raymond Whalen, William Fifield.
She leaves to remember the wonderful life that she lived – son Rick (Jennifer) Whalen; daughters Paulette (Richard) Roberts, Faye Whalen; grandchildren Miguel Whalen, Ashley (Blake) Rice, Kaitlyn Roberts, Tyson Roberts, Ryan Whalen, Shane Whalen, Kayla Whalen; great-grandchildren Gannon Rice, Blakelee Rice, Iziah Whalen, Maddison Rice, Brett Roberts; sisters Madge (Ken) Roberts, Mabel (Roy) Strickland, Pat King (Malcolm); brothers Charlie (Nancy) King, Clyde King, Ben King, Curtis King, Derrick King, as well as many other extended family members and friends. Jeanette will be missed by all who knew her. “Ever Remembered, Ever Loved – Forever In Our Hearts!”

The Salvation Army Cemetery, Pilley’s Island, NL.
