In Memory of Claudia
It is with great sadness that the family of Claudia Marie Leblanc of Saint Edouard De Kent announce her peaceful passing at the Manoire Saint Jean Baptiste in Bouctouche on Sunday March 18, 2018. Born in Sainte Marie on May 23, 1926, daughter of the late Hector and Annie (Richard) Eagle. She was known as the rescue lady by the Kent County Veterinary Hospital family in Richibucto. She had a great passion for anything that barked or meowed. She loved Danny O’Donell and Blue Grass music. Claudia will be sadly missed by her sons Gérard and Daniel of Grand Barachois, David (Diane) of Moncton, Bertin (Liz) of Hamilton Ontario as well as her daughter, Marie Anne of Saint Edouard, her grandchildren; Mike and Suzanne LeBlanc of Moncton, Chris of Hamilton, great grandchildren; Autum, Sabrina and Christina. She is also survived by her siblings Bertin of Saint-Louis de Kent, Noella (Bob) Bellefleur of Moncton, Augustin (Rita) of Moncton, Hector of Hamilton, ON as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Claudia was predeceased by her husband Alban (2008) her son Claude (2011), her sisters; Maria, Martha, Albertine, Georgina, Catherine, Thérèse and Annette, brother’s Laurie, Joseph and Léandre. Resting at Sainte-Anne-de-Kent RC Church on Saturday, March 24 from 9:00 – 11:15 am followed by a funeral service at 11:30 am. A reception will be held at the community centre immediately following the service. The family wish to sincerely thank the nurses and staff at The Manoire Saint Jean Baptiste for the amazing care they provided for mom during her final days. You all cared for our mother with great respect and dedication. Angela beloved volunteer, thank you for helping me hold moms hand. Memorial donations, in Claudia’s memory may be made to the Manoire Saint Jean Baptiste or the charity of the donor’s choice.
