Obituary for Jerrine Sutherland (Thomson)
Sutherland, Jerrine (nee Thomson) – With great sadness we announce the passing of Jerrine Sutherland on Thursday, March 15th, 2018, in her 98th year at Stirling Towers. Daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Thomson (nee McKeown). Predeceased by loving husband George Winfred Sutherland. Loving mother of Anne Dracup (Richard), Jean Johnston (late Russell) (and late Thomas McKay) and Fred Sutherland (Lynda). Predeceased by her siblings Leafa Anderson (Surviving Lloyd), Maude McComb (Allan), Hazel Fleming (Murney), Fred Thomson (Doris), Bill Thomson (Eva), Ross Thomson (Marjorie) and Clarence Thomson (Dorothy) and her brother and sister in law Bill and Ruth Sutherland. Jerrine was a loving grandmother to Robert McKay, Clare Dracup (Vanessa), Steven Dracup (Sherry), Brian Dracup (Darlene), Andrew Sutherland (Nicki), Elizabeth Sabo (Dan) and predeceased by grandson David McKay (surviving Lorna). Great grandmother to Tyler, Kurtis, Bradley, Colin, Brianna, Brittany, Justin and Desiree Dracup, Thomas McKay, Gabi and Maggie Sabo. Friends may call at the STIRLING FUNERAL CHAPEL 87 James St. Stirling (613) 395-2424. Visitation on Sunday, March 18th, 2018 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. A Funeral service will be held at The Grace Bible Chapel, Stirling on Monday, March 19th, 2018 at 1:00 pm with visitation held 1-hour prior followed by an Interment at the Stirling Cemetery.
