Stone, Grace (nee Schneider)
Passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Brantford General Hospital, in her 52nd year. Loving mother of Joseph (Madison), and Justin (Keily). Devoted « Grandma » to Emily. Loved daughter of Joseph Sr. and Anna Schneider. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters Anne (John), Irene (John) and her brother Joseph (Kim), her best friend Liza, her niece and nephew and many, many friends. Friends will be received at the Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St., on Monday, Mar. 19th, 2018 from 10 – 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow, in the chapel, on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment Delhi Cemetery. Donations to the C.A.P. Cancer Assistance Program, 569 Concession Street, Hamilton would be appreciated.
